Opera- Cold Brew Blend
A coffee as sweet as it's namesake dessert .A cold brew blend engineered to have great flexibility to suit any type of coffee, be it a milk beverage or a plain black on the rocks or tonic or soda. This blend was developed in collaboration with Suhas " The Coffee Man Of India". This blend is made from coffees beans sourced from Yercaud. It has Raspberry and Apricot tasting notes and elegant bold body with super smooth Blackcurrant finish.
It's unique characteristics is what inpired us to make this blend. It is your prefect coffee, at any time and for any occasion.

HOW TO BREW
Grind Size- Coarse
- Steep 1gram coffee of for every10 grams water in a jar.
- Stir to wet all the coffee grounds.
- Cover the jar and leave at room temperature for 26-28 hours.
- Strain the mix using a strainer (channi).
- Enjoy your cold brew.
