TOP DOG

Another of our Limited Release  from Ratnagiri Estate which is managed by Mr. Ashok Patre better known as the "PROFESSOR" of the Indian Coffee Industry.  It's a TOP DOG and is the leader of our pack, because it is so far our favorite, and sits on top of all our coffees we have put out in the market 
 
This is a stunning Red Honey processed microlot, in which a significant amount of residual mucilage is left on the seed prior to drying. The coffee is then dried on raised beds for up to 15 days, after drying, the parchment appears red in color, and resulting in the “Red Honey” distinction. This process ensures that some of the flavor of the coffee fruit is present in the cup and creates a pleasantly creamy body.
