Embarking on a passion project that has become their life's work, Baninder Singh and Paweena Withyasathien are the visionaries behind Savorworks Coffee & Chocolate Atelier.
Absolutely invested in the delicate and nuanced artistry of cacao and the rich complexity of coffee, they've meticulously crafted authentic bean-to-cup and bean-to-bar chocolate experiences, creating Indian chocolates and coffee from the ground up, quite literally.
Carefully sourcing beans for both coffee and chocolate, Baninder, a professional coffee and cacao roaster and a connoisseur, and Paweena, a master chocolatier, are artists at work. Their journey began during lockdown, where Baninder's passion for excellence inspired this unique venture in April 2020.The roastery, an artistic realm, produces stellar coffee creations—Heisenberg, Riverdale, Honey I'm Nuts, and Fruit Bomb.
In this self-funded venture, Savorworks sets itself apart through careful processes, from using the top-tier machines to sourcing the highest quality beans for both coffee and chocolate. Savorworks is no mere indulgence; it is a testament to embracing life's simple pleasures and focusing on quality, transparency, and traceability. Their shared dream birthed a unique, purely Indian brand intertwining the essence of both coffee and chocolate.
Established in April 2020, Savorworks Coffee laid the foundation, and in May 2021, Savorworks Chocolate joined the journey. By May 2022, their dream evolved into a thriving atelier in New Delhi —a space synonymous with artisanal excellence, offering the highest quality single-origin Indian coffee and chocolate. Savorworks is a celebration of India's essence, with coffee and chocolate grown in Indian fields and meticulously crafted in Delhi, blending tradition, passion, and the joy of indulgence.
