Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on orders will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order has been dispatched whichever comes first.
While our mission is to ensure that every order that has been successfully placed with us, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel the order(s). some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to
● Limitations on quantities available for purchase
● Inaccurate or insufficient address
● Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock;
● Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or information.
We will contact you within 2 business days of such cancellation and give you the option to exchange / refund / cancel the order based on your convenience.
Returns and Refund Policy
No edible product returns will be accepted unless the product is damaged or defective as defined below;
● Damaged means any packed product having quality issues leading to deleterious or destructive effects due to physical or chemical damage, or from any other circumstances, and which renders the product unfit for consumption and/or use.
● A defective product is a product that causes injury to a person.
● You understand and agree that certain edible products may require specific storage conditions and certain instructions may be required to follow as mentioned on the Packaging of the product. You are required to adhere to the same to enjoy the product in its best form and prevent spoilage, and contamination of the product which may render it unfit for consumption or its intended usage. Products stored or used in conflict with such conditions and instructions shall be not eligible for Returns / Refunds.
We are extremely proud of the equipment we sell. However, if there is any problem with any equipment purchase ( delivered damaged, different product delivered) you have made from our website, simply contact us within 7 days of the shipment being delivered at info@savorworksroasters.com for a replacement or 100% refund of the purchase price back to your account. Please make sure to include:
● Your name and date of purchase
● Your Order #
● The reason for the return.
Please Note:
● At the time of return, preferably, at least 75 % of the weight or volume of the actual product must be returned.
● The refund or return shall be subject to inspection and in case it is not approved, then no refund shall be initiated.
● Edible products/equipment should be returned to the address mentioned on the website in case of refund/return.
● All brewing equipment can only be refunded if there is any manufacturing defect which is hampering the optimal intended use for our products It should be returned to our facilities in new and unused condition.
● Refunds are initiated within 7 days of receiving the products back. The amount of time it takes before the money is credited back to the customer's account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer's bank.
