GENERAL TERMS FOR SHIPPING

We use third-party courier partners and most orders across India are shipped and delivered within 4-7 working days, provided there are no unexpected delays. Please understand that as we have limited control over the package once it is shipped, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order before the mentioned timeline or when the package is in transit.

Note: This does not apply to failed/delayed deliveries with exceptions raised due to issues at the receiver’s end (for example incorrect address, no response on the contact number, etc.).

Order Processing Time
Our chocolates are made in fresh, small batches by hand in Delhi. And we make sure that orders go out within 24-72 hours during business days. Please note that additional time may be needed under some circumstances.

Shipping Days
We prefer our shipping days to be Monday through Thursday, to avoid your chocolate being in transit over the weekend. This is to prevent the chocolate from melting.

*Please note that our products are sensitive to heat & direct sunlight. It is advisable to get it shipped to an address where the receiver is available and can put the package in the appropriate temperature storage at the earliest.


Shipping Policy
Shipping can take between 24-96 hours to ship. All orders are sent out with ice gel packs to avoid melting. India is a tropical country and specifically, in the summer season, there is still a possibility of chocolate melting. In case the chocolate is melted, it can be stored in cold storage and re-freeze, it won’t affect the taste, texture, etc of the chocolate.
